No, you do not need any equipment but you will need props like a Thera-band, 2 x 1kg, 2 x 2kg and maybe 2 x 3kg dumbbells all depending on what weight you can or want to use with your exercises, a Pilates circle, a small ball, a tennis ball and a pair of gliding discs or 2 x paper plate if you can’t find gliding discs.
No, you don’t need to be fit because we will build you up step by step until you can reach the fitness goal that you want.
It all depends on what injury you have, and if your doctor has given you the clearance to join a fitness program. You will have a questionnaire to complete and we can discuss everything on a personal zoom call before joining.
It all depends on your schedule and what goal you have set for yourself but here are some things to think about:
It supports healthy mobility.
Have you notice that when you go a while without working out, that your joints feel painful or stiff or you get out of breath more easily when you walk or do some house choirs? This is often described as being “out of shape,” but it may just be a result of a lack of practice.
When you work out every day, for just 30 minutes you’re keeping the body efficient for movement.
It’s a great stress reliever.
Exercising has physical health benefits, it increases your energy level, it supports your mental health, it helps you to be positive and change your outlook onto life, studies have proved that it improves depressive symptoms, it has healthy hart benefits, it supports brain health, it could enhance good sleep.
